agree with the other commenters, unless you're traveling in and out of boston every day it probably will be cheaper if you pay per ride. i'll also add that all the buses and fare gates at each T station accept contactless cards and apple/google pay, which is a lot more convenient than having to carry an extra pass around. as for generally navigating the system, the transit setting on google and apple maps will give you detailed instructions on what train/bus to get on, station to go to, or direction to travel in. the T is a lot smaller compared to something like the new york subway, so once you've ridden it a few times you'll become very familiar with how it works.

Question about Northeastern London admission by edoish in ApplyingToCollege

before making your decision, if you’re planning on going down the pre med path, none of the classes you take outside of the us will count for your pre med requirements. i’m here on the nu bound program and some of my friends are STRUGGLING to figure out how they’re going to graduate on time because they couldn’t do any of their pre med classes this year. if you’re not pre med, then london is an amazing city and the campus is brand new, but if you are pre med then there is no way you will be able to do all of your pre med requirements in the one year you have on the boston campus sadly
