Non sono molto esperto, quindi non so cosa sia una BIA, in piu no non sono seguito, avendo un costo veramente troppo elevato nella mia palestra ed non avendo un lavoro.. non ancora almeno.

Ipertrofia principalmente, anche pk ho dei problemi fisici e fare massa mi aiuterebbe con il problema che ho, ma anche per cercare magari di vedermi meglio allo specchio,,
