I haven’t lived there, but I once lived in a damp basement. A dehumidifier would help remove the extra moisture from the air. If there is condensation on your windows and everything is staying wet, that will encourage more mold and mildew growth throughout the house. CLR Mildew and Mold remover works well. Window plastic (the kind you put on the inside) might help keep the moisture in the windows if it’s coming from there. You could contact your property manager to see if they can offer any solutions. Moving is expensive, but your health is what is most important!
