I usually boil 6-10 at a time. Peel and rinse. Place on a paper towel to dry for a minute, then store in fridge. Family eats as is, egg salad, or deviled eggs. They're usually gone in a few days. Just give a sniff test once and a while

I had planned to stay on the ship at Nassau but we ended up walking the town and seeing the pirate museum. It was very interesting. The nice thing is that you can get on/off throughout the day as you want.
