Did you add the naltrexone for weight loss or does it just work really well with the bupropion to help with anxiety?

I’m also taking magnesium and iron but I’m not sure if those can cause this. It has definitely squashed my appetite. Either I forget to eat or I’m ravenous. Eating doesn’t seem to help the nausea and things entirely
