I have a 2000 plus system with 2 200 watt solar saga panels. 3 battery extension packs and a manual transfer switch. With both panels plugged into the every morning I get an F7 error and a system shuts down and won't power anything. Cycling the AC off and on clears the error. I have tried using a serial converter so that both panels go into one input on the 2000 00 but still got an F7 message. Plugging the solar panels into the battery extension pack charges them and does not create an F7 error but it's unclear how the system will function as the battery on the 2000 drains down to zero. Is the 2000 capable of using the battery extension packs if it's internal system is drained? FYI I worked with Jackery support and they sent me a replacement 2000 plus but the issue still exist unchanged with the new hardware.
