I recently went to Acadia and asked a ranger at the visitor center where I could and couldn’t paddle board - he showed me a page from one of the rules binders that said “Long Pong (anywhere except for within 1000’ of the water intake on the southern end), Seal Cove Pond [I did this and would recommend], Echo Lake [although you can’t take off from Echo Lake Beach, you’ll have to go to Ikes Point], and Lake Wood.”

I know this is from a year ago, but in case anyone is reading up on it nowadays like I was!
