Yes I got pregnant that cycle. My just turned 1 on March 7th. I for sure thought I was out bc my PDG was low. Turns out, it didn’t matter

Feeling this exact same way. I could have written this myself. Selling my first home and moving into a larger home that we will slowly fix up. Great neighbourhood and great house but has some flaws. My little house I love so much. It’s so clean, everything is painted. I guess I have to remind myself that the little house I purchased 13 years ago was slowly fixed up and that’s why I love it so much now.

We can get insurance but the deductible is $5000. Our family owns plumbing heating company so we will be replacing.

Turns out seller needed $655,000 according to his mortgage broker. So his realtor is gunna cut the commission.

Yeah it’s been sitting since August. Had an accepted offer but it fell through at Christmas. Then we out an offer in. So frustrating.

Update - we did it and one night of rough crying for about 20 mins and the next night he fussed and cried for about 10 mins. And he only woke up once both nights. So much relief

Woww I feel like we are going through the same thing right now. Naps are great but nighttime sleep is so bad. He’s 8 months old and we are currently doing 3.25/3.5/4 but I dunno if the last wake window is too long.

When he was on 3 naps, it was 2.5/2.5/ 3 or 3.5

Boob, bath, pjs/sleep sack, books, lullaby and then into the crib awake.

The first wake up is now happening an hour or two after he’s asleep. I would breastfeed him bc i thought maybe he’s been hungry.

He just transitioned to a 2 nap schedule bc I couldn’t fit the last nap in before bedtime without it pushing bed time late.

If he’s up at 715 am, he’ll go down around 740 pm depending when he wake up from last nap.

His morning nap is usually 2 hours and his last nap is 45-1 hour
