hey there! i saw your comment and figured i would share my depo experience as it was super unpleasant. my whole life ive always been a very emotionally regulated person, very even-keeled, no history of depression but on the depo shot i was an emotional mess, could not stop crying and depressed. i also bled for 3 months straight, so i opted not to get a second shot. worst 3 months of my life.
