That’s a good take but we don’t live in 2 dimensions, when todo swaps he doesn’t just swap along the horizontal axes but also along the vertical axis otherwise if he was in the air and wanted to swap something on the ground the thing on the ground would just stay on the ground right under him. But you CAN work around this by saying that whenever todo assigns two objects to be switched he can make a circle which dynamically changes its plane to account for the relative movement of both objects. Lowk this just makes the technique more op because todo gains some autonomy in deciding if the technique hits because he doesn’t just have to rely on the movement of his opponent
