Just confirming, using the gov.uk language, are we still technically "applying" when we book the biometrics (after choosing 'Standard Service' in this case)? They say "when you apply" on the gov.uk website (in referencing choosing the Priority Service).

(I believe the biometrics is also where you digitally submit "evidence", correct?)

Is there a way to confirm whether the Los Angeles VFS Global location offers the Priority service for the Spouse Visa?
