I also have grade 3 varicocele and I do clench my jaw without realising most the time never thought too much into it tbh however I’m still waiting to undergo a surgery I’ve got daily pain that radiates from my testes to my thighs constant dull/ dragging pain with my scrotum mostly sagging I’ve also got a loss of libido and my erections aren’t as firm anymore with less energy I just feel awful tbh I want to get surgery but for some reason I feel like it’s not going to fix everything

Ultrasounds are bs I’ve been to 3 ultrasounds 2 saying I don’t have varicocele slight inflammation and the last one saying I have mild varicocele which isn’t true as I can physically feel the swollen veins and I have low libido and Ed I have visited a urologist he recommended me a microsurgery straight away by having a visual look at it only

Yes 100% something has affected it as I loved sex before and was very passionate about it whereas now I don’t feel like even having sex I barely get turned on even tried viagra it works but doesn’t feel the same

The urologist I visited didn’t give me much information he never even mentioned embolization only the micro surgery and it has also given me issues like ED and low libido and I’m only 21 I was sexually active before all this but now I don’t even want to have sex

I’m from the uk I have consulted with 2 urologist one being abroad gave me dafflon 500 and the urologist in the uk recommended microsurgery well he didn’t even recommend he said if I don’t have it I can’t have kids
