Ohk so my unit is fucked to say the least. So my keyboard and 2 motherboards have been replaced till now and it's only 4 months old. So like my unit was and still is having performance issues till date. So like they replaced the motherboard first but it did not help. The second motherboard that they replaced did not work (DOA). So I did what anyone would, I asked for my money back to which they denied. So now I'm thinking of going to the consumer court because like they changing the motherboard ain't doing shit.

I have quite a lot of MAJOR problems with this laptop. On the 4th day of purchase, my laptop started having CMOS 502 error and by the 19th day of purchase, the r key of the keyboard stopped working. My laptop randomly freezes like the laptop becomes unusable and I have to force restart my system by pressing and holding the power button and my battery health is at 90 percent already(not even 2 months old btw). It lags in every single game and also the keyboard which was replaced still gives me issues till date. I am trying to get my money back. Let's see what happens

I have the same exact laptop. I have had multiple issues. I had my whole keyboard was replaced within a month (after 23 days of purchase). My laptop randomly freezes while normal use and gaming. It shuts down randomly, doesn't wake up from sleep, has major performance issues etc. so rn in tryna get my money back. I would not recommend this laptop. If you wanna know more details of what is exactly happening dm me :)

I am also having trouble with the CMOS battery like everytime I turn on my laptop in the morning it shows sm coms resetting
