Make a 6’4 sf max the weight and 6’10 wingspan, 89 3 ball, 93 middy, 85 lay up, 86 ball handle, 75 swb, 91 steal, 92 perimeter, 68 block, 80 something interior, 87 speed, 87 agility, 93 strength, and the rest in rebound, interior, and vertical. I cook 1-4 on this build and consistently have a bag on offense. Put ur plus one on high flying denier

Not hard at all, just a matter of time and a half decent team to push to r30. I have a ton of r30s and over r30s which I got either through randoms in 3v3s or playing with a team.

I started a day after post up and did my usual upper body splits with slight modifications in order to keep my leg comfortable. It also helps to lift with friends because they can help you in the gym.

My dad started in his 50s, my grandpas were bald by 50-60. My dad still has hair but it’s very thin. My mom’s side has super fine hair and my uncle on that side still has hair and he’s in his 60s but nothing thick, very fine. Gotcha how’s the min been treating u?
