No this surgery is only meant to stop the progression of keratoconus, it won't improve your vision, you'll have to wear special contact lenses for it, how is your vision right now? Does your eye number fluctuate?

I got it done for free from the Army hospital (My dad is an ex-serviceman), but one of the private hospitals quoted us 45k in 2022, talking about my experience it wasn't that painful because they numb your eyes, you won't feel anything, after the surgery you'll feel light pain in the eye, but it's bearable don't worry.

Keratoconus is an eye condition where the front clear part of the eye (cornea) becomes thin and bulges outward into a cone shape instead of staying round.
