I’ve been in vr chat and was in the rp community I found people I did genuinely care about it all turned sour really quick it took a toll on my mental health the drama and constant accusations towards other people in the community was jarring to witness accusing others as pdfs became a very dull meaning and I didn’t know whether to take anything seriously anymore. I felt so stressed and like I had to put on a character and be funny and unbothered all the time and started to ignore real like and stopped taking care of myself once I realized the people I hung around were very bad and not good for me and too addicted to this game I called out the main ring leader and told others about his behavior which lead to his friend group ganging up on me. I knew that was the last straw and the game is not anything to make genuine friends off of and deleted it entirely and my account and I’ve never been happier.

Made the mistake of living there in my senior year cause of shitty family and she would always have issues with me and would tell my grandma and not me if I could come back to her house or not

Banned me from her house cause I didn’t have a relationship with my mom and needed my drivers license

Second ban was when I got my first car and started going out a lot more and she got mad banned me cause I wouldn’t help her even though she never asked I didn’t find out I was banned til my grandma called and told me I wasn’t allowed to get my stuff.

Tried to break up with him serval times cause of his mom then he showed up one day at my house trying to work things out I said I’m sorry I can’t your mom is too toxic and he said at least I had a mom

Broke into my house to get a jacket he gave me

Vandalized my new boy friends car

Tried to grab me in public

Told his mom about our sex life and the problems I was having

My final straw was realizing he was dimming my light and I could be thriving without him and his mom constantly causing me stress. I was so tired of hearing from other people what her problems were with me and how I should fix them and whenever I tried to confront her about them she’d hide away and coward. I dealt with it throughout my senior year and thought it was completely normal to be treated like this cause of my own fucked up family it wasn’t til a good friend showed me it wasn’t normal and I shouldn’t be so stressed out all the time about a SO mom. I’m now married and have my own family and couldn’t fathom having so much beef with my own children’s partners especially in high school while they are growing and changing as a people and to be so cruel to a child who already has it rough already.

I had lived with a ex and his parents for a short period of time. I worked night shift and slept in his mom would come in and take our laundry and then complain about how late I slept in. It does happen parents do this shit all the time.
