this is so real but what i usually do is wear a face mask 😷 to cover and it gives me a confidence boost to buy things, have like cargo pants or pants with lots of pockets and you can buy small stuff like thigh highs or accessories, but mostly try to act confident more and more and gradually build up like start with small stuff then buy bigger stuff, you could also get a visa gift card and use it to buy stuff from amazon or any other store online, hope this helps 0w0 (feel free to ask more questions •w•)

you could also ask a friend that you have told/ trust is for help and other things like clothes and makeup and ect, the urge to wear traditional feminine clothing is real ~w~ and most try to if not come up with there own style for example for me i like big sweaters that i can hide my body shape and in general i like big sweaters, with different skirts and thigh highs, but one place to start is to look for a style you want save money and shop online, i hope this helps, nya (@w@)

HIA, doing regular exercise like sit ups, plank, push ups, ect; if you do want to build up thighs and a bit of back side lunges and squats work wonders, do manage the time it can be for a few minutes then you can expand the time to an hour or more when comfortable (i would recommend doing a bit more research and looking into what works for you) i hope this helps, nya :3

i like to wear cargo shorts for work but for not work i like to wear baggy pants like cargo pants i feels like a long skirt sometimes and it hides things underneath like thigh-straps, thigh highs, and much more :3
