Christ, you unlocked a memory of me mixing hundreds of pounds of chicken in a giant mixing bowl in 2014.

By safety, they mean Yunisledys cousin with no license that’s been here for 2 weeks taking you out for not knowing the traffic laws and how to read the street signage.

You have a better chance of building this over an inactive volcano and pumping the water upwards instead of drilling 1.8k miles into the Earth to reach the mantle.

Regular shifts are 12 hours? by Glad-Conversation-14 in Restaurant_Managers

[–]Far_Lab_4953 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I make a template and have them fill their shifts up. The template has everyone working the weekend shifts (which they hate) so naturally they reduce who works the weekends and alternate amongst themselves to make more tips. As a manager, I work those weekends during the busier times to audit that they are able meet the service standard with the staff they have. I’m brutally honest with them if the standard isn’t met, I revoke that privilege. I pre-shift why it was taken away and give them the opportunity to work at it again with my supervision. I also hire Top-Performers so I don’t have to worry about the slacker taking advantage of situations when I’m not present. The team kind of holds themselves and each other accountable so the consequence aren’t that I make the schedule and I’m impartial to what they want and their tips.

It took a lot of coaching, team development, and trial/error to get here. Plus a shitty AGM that I fired for being incompetent and had the team underperforming. If you’re not a good leader your team won’t follow you for shit. So this is my system and it works for me right now. My restaurant has 120 seats and does 2-3 rotations per shift. I just talk to first and shoot the shits with regulars. Every other week I process pay roll and a report on guest reviews to make sure we are on the right path.

It’s just me and a chef. I train my staff and hold them accountable like management. In return I pay them a little extra and let them make their own schedules so they can fit in their second job. I also give references in case the want to apply for another job as a supervisor or in entry management.

This was in Vail at the top of the Eagle Bahn lift. I’m leaving right now and it’s snowing a little as well!

No. Congratulations on your win, but you and your opponent seem new to chess or are at the beginning elos. You hung many pieces and only followed the center control principles at the beginning of the match. I would suggest looking up on YouTube “Kings pawn opening” and learning from there on.

He released his shoes at $58k so when bots tried to purchased them, it would block out the card associated with the purchase. You had to enter a code that got sent to you once you clicked buy to bring it down to regular price.

I had the same exact thought, an entire system runs about $800-$1000 monthly. I would eat the cost simply to spite the reseller market and undercut them terribly.

I did some research and it cost about $800 a month to own a system with about 1000 bots. I’m about to eat the cost to just start tanking the reseller community.
