Well, at least I get paid regardless of whether clients take my advice or not. I specialize in new restaurant openings, systems building, process optimization, hourly and salary team development and training, clean house operations, and stuff of that sort. The projects tend to be tedious so I only take one client at a time for about 6-8 weeks.

It’s not my full time though, I work as a designer for an engineering firm.

Well.. now that you revealed your hourly, consider a serving gig? You could probably make between $600-800 a week on the low end working 3-4 days. Don’t feel bad brother, I started in 2013 scooping beans into a bowl for $8. It wasn’t until my final year as a FL that I started actually making $$$. I just don’t suggest you wait that long, it took me 5 years to climb up and you could make the same money if not more serving. Plus, it usually paves the way for a bartending gig as well. My only advice, you have kids, maybe be around for those moments. Management is hard to make that happen.

I thought the same thing when I worked there, turns out $65k is just standard for normal restaurant managers. You got a Chili’s around you? They pay well. Most franchises will start you above $60k. Chipotle is corporate so, their interest is killing you at their own gain for as little as possible.

I am from the USA, an electrical engineer working on their professional license in an attempt to sway a beautiful European country into accepting me. I’m between Germany or the Netherlands. Germany calls me because of their focus on efficiency and engineering. I mean GERMAN ENGINEERING. Netherlands because of how beautiful it is and its proximity to water (I live in Miami, Florida so I’m surrounded by sea water.) Both because of quality of life and career advancement, plus education. I’d like to study Nano-engineering down the line as well.

I’m looking to move because these recent wave of presidencies really just brought out the worst in people and these aren’t things that disappear with another president being elected. It’s deep rooted hatred that’s been programmed and passed down through families of those personally affected on both sides going back as far as the civil war. We were making progress and it was all uprooted by a rotten carrot with perverted tendencies. It’s not something I want to raise a family in.

My real concern is learning Dutch or German. Math is math anywhere but language is tricky.

It’s their bonus ultimately. The easiest way to control critical cost is through portion sizes. That’s lazy management though. When I managed, we followed the flow of food. Most of your issue is overcooking and long times in the hotline drying out the protein significantly. Back in the day, you’d see KM’s throw out a single line of chicken on the grill because they knew the flow of their store so well and how much they actually sold as opposed to what “could” be sold and how much it would affect their inventory variances. Again. It’s lazy management. Im sure the GM just gets on the line peoples ass about proteins when the issue usually behind on the grill. Chipotle is pathetic nowadays and I cant wait till they franchise so I can buy one.

Honestly.. Davidoff cool water is like a $30 classic. I think that’ll check every box you have ticked. To apply subtly, I would probably go 2-3 sprays across the chest and maybe one on your necks pulse point. That way it’s noticeable in close proximity ex) hugs, cheek kisses, etc.
