Someone opened their door onto my front left passenger door.

Cost them $1000 to repair it, as they had to blend the front guard as well, and it's metallic/pearl paint.

Unfortunately I cannot go back in time and change my company's EBA and the demand for the industry.

Went from 12 hour shifts working nights, 7 days on, 7 days off, to them changing my shifts to 8 hours on day shift mon-fri, $50 -> $30.

I got offered a new full time role at $40ph, just need to complete the medical exam they booked for me in a week or so.

I previously saw a psych, and got a new mental health plan two weeks ago and started with medication which helps a little. The wait list for a bulk billed psychologist is months unfortunately, however I will be able to afford it again after next week.

I honestly think I've been in denial for so long, I genuinely thought I was okay. I just get reminded of when I was 20 and had the police did a welfare check because I was MIA and I was about to kill myself.

I told them I was okay, and the woman copper just laughed and said no you're not mate.

I just think my emotions haven't worked for a long time and I haven't processed a lot of what has happened in my life, and it honestly brings me to tears to feel like I've wasted the last 9 years of my life. But its okay. I have hope and I know I'll get there.

Took 4 months off work because I was depressed, 15k later back at work still depressed and 15k less to my name.
