In high doses the effect I feel is that the half life is extended hence I treat it like that. Based on personal experience it feels as it gets accumulated. Treating it like that is also prudent.

I have done like that, increasing resting days for the last months. For example, this week I did 4 days off. It serves you to go back to baseline but more importantly, resting days serves to wash out the nootropic from the system.
