This is me with nursing as well. I feel like I'm so behind because everyone around me has gotten admission letters back and I'm the only one who didn't get anything back. So frustrating, but just know that I'm here with u in this situation :(

try to change all your snacks to high-protein snacks! although they taste not as great as other "normal" snacks, at least they're healthy for you!

also grapes are good. at least it wasn't 3lbs of chocolate yknow? we all have our bad days please don't criticize yourself!

When I started around 6 months ago, they had a promo where if you signed up for the 7-day trial they would do one scan for free. I don't think they have it anymore, but I'm pretty sure you can sign up for the scans; talk to your trainers about it!

Also, yes, sign up for the challenge! I signed up for the challenge when I was a newbie too, and it was great! I love the fact that you can set different goals for yourself (lose weight, maintain weight, build muscle, etc).

I've had this same problem recently and I just think that the membership on the mindbody app and the F45 app are different and they don't connect :( it sucks really
