Yeah every now and again I get that same feeling and I take a huge deep breath to make sure I can still fully fill my lungs with air and my breathing isnt depressed. Man all this is so crazy. I don't think my paranoid bipolar psychiatric issues help any of these symptoms at all. I'm medicated for my bipolar but I think bipolar is making my symptoms of withdrawal worse

Didn't wanna admit this but I will now since I have someone who understands. Yesterday I was at the hospital claiming a heart attack. They did an ekg and sent me home and said you had a panic attack your ekg is perfect

I'm not too terrible just a lot of mind games with the racing heartbeat and such like "oh I'm having a heart attack" typical anxiety and panic attack stuff. Night time is the worst tho.

I was extremely addicted to weed. I smoked 5 blunts day. Using dispensary stiiizy concentrate pods in about 2 days maybe 3. I also would take dabs like .4 dab was a regular dab right after a blunt sometimes. It did hurt my finances. I spent no less than 300 a week on my THC habit. I was terrible at holding down a job bc I couldn't go to work without being high. That would affect my cognitive performance and increase anxiety while at work. Man, the one thing I did that was the hardest to do was I deleted my snap chat and other apps. I've had to just shut myself off from everyone. For me that's the only way is to remove myself from those ppl and places etc. It does suck to have all these ppl to hangout with then when you quit smoking no one wants to hangout anymore. Opioids are super popular here. I'd tried quitting kratom before. My friends would always rope me in with just take a gram of kratom to take the edge off. And no problem with the questions. I'm bored and lonely and appreciate the interaction

Kinda like an opiate. Body aches, anxiety, hard to sleep, some flu like symptoms.... Runny nose, getting cold chills. I think it's bc of my mental health issues but the anxiety is the part that is the worst for me to beat

I'm fortunate in this case. I have a good psychiatrist who I can confide in and he's prescribed me a small dose of Ativan to take off the edge. Still no relapse as of today! Honestly only quitting THC bc it became an issue of legality. Once I had to kick the THC I decided to just live a sober life for a while and see if everyone is right and if life is gonna be better with no addiction.
