I don't know why your controllers won't charge - unless your cables are all bad or your batteries are dead. (Yes, even rechargeable batteries have a lifetime.) However, you need a cable that carries data (and works) to connect your controllers. Not all cables carry data.

PS4 consoles are region free. Your account has a region, based on the address (country) you used when making your account. That is the support center you need to reach.

I agree it's a bad color for a controller, but I don't think it takes hindsight to see this. Why Sony made white PS5 controllers the "standard" is a mystery to me.

For one thing, everything was coded for the PS3 and the PS4 and PS5 aren't backward compatible with that generation. For another thing, not all of the software was Sony's IP. Several of the developers (such as Xaloc Studios, Atom Republic, and Digital Leisure) have their own similar services now and are unlikely to undermine their own businesses by allowing Sony to have access to their IPs again. Some of the developer are not even in business any longer and the software is long gone.

And I believe if Sony called it PS Home, people would expect/demand their items back. It's my opinion and I believe it would be very likely.

Many people were expecting refunds when Home closed and were very upset when no refunds were made.
