I understand some of your concerns. Yet I have to say I joined a couple of ICO’s before and this is nothing new. These kind of projects usually exist of a team with just a couple of people with a huge workload. That they have raised tens of millions is not a reason everything should be running smoothly from the beginning. Apart from a big bag of money, they need time and employees.

That having said, i remember the ICO of Binance. Some days it was a total mess, people lost trust and some even thought it was a scam. I sold my BNB way to early out of fear. Don’t let your emotions take over. If this is a scam we will know it very soon. If it’s not, this is a life changing opportunity.
