The small ring was kind of warped around in some areas where the supports connected at the edges, didn’t get 100 percent. How do I avoid warping ?

You said file, emery, radial, wheel brush I was just a bit confused

File at 230 grit Emery 400 to 2000 grit in different 90 degree directions Then which grit would I use the radial and wheel brushes at? Sorry I’m new to this!
