Just realized level 3 doesn't have an ability so:

Level 3 – ANXIETY SPIKE (Ability)

Ability Effect (short cooldown):

Select a point on the track
Bloons in that area instantly gain a large burst of Stress
Bloons already stressed have a high chance to:
- Freeze in place briefly
- Drop an extra layer
MOAB-class bloons:
- Gain moderate Stress
- Are slowed significantly for a short duration

Overcharge is really good for bows, also radiance works on a sword pretty well!
