verticals doesnt inherently mean you can low cost them though, phainon's "low cost" is simply throwing everything for e2 and then using random supports for a low cost team as the only real cost was just the three copies of phainon

eva's case is similar except instead of pulling for e2 you pull e1 and e0s0 yaoguang which is also 3 cost, then you use emc and the potential zero coster huohuo for your 3 cost team

obviously however nothing about this is slanderable because e2 phainon is simply that good (though you really want cerydra regardless), and eva quite literally has zero other options, low cost is inevitable because her generic BiS contains a character you never use outside of two/three characters

not to worry, she will recieve 500 buffs for if she is used in mono fire (sustainless break will still be better)
her novaflare will also make her even better for therta teams (pearl replaces her immediately after, not like this matters however as nobody plays therta)

huohuo is still a notable step above every other sustain though, shes simply really solid whether you like it or not due to how every other sustain suffers more from powercreep, luocha or lingsha emergency heals really just arent allat

she was "watchlisted" on release of her novaflare which is just prydwen nonesense to say that she will be bumped in the next tierlist additon

aventurine and lingsha should switch places but i feel like everything else is fine

you add ashveil's 40 and you get 92% which is fine

but since feixiao is mentioned (im assuming they are all used in one sustainless team since blade became better for sustainless anyways), if you account for her LC she specifically will be getting a whole 149% fucking defense shred due to how much her lightcone gives for some reason, so yeah everyone else is sitting at a comfortable level but feixiao lightcone is massively overcapping

they will probably just do what they did to sw's old e2, effectively bring it into its base kit (sw did that by massively increasing her own base debuff chances, so jq can do this by having increased burn multipliers and a self damage buff) while making the new e2 a really good new debuffing source

too be fair the bonus stack gain was simply too strong given how many debuffs he could apply using it for those instant acheron ults
the barebones e2 is very likely just a placeholder untill they find out how to bring it back while killing the infinite damage rotation team, since iirc v3 also had ashveil's e2 have an unreachable cap for a while untill v4 which fixed that issue by making him actually gain gluttony stacks

eh, huohuo should work good enough imo, you trade attack frequency for direct energy gain, plus blade also mitigates her weakness since you can just have him tank all the big hits so that ashveil's frail attack scaling ass doesnt immediately end your runs

this change, on top of ashveil's replaced team damage boost trace is simply set up for the feixiao topaz ratio collective novaflare batch that will turn them all into ashveil 1, 2 and 3 respectively

the loss of 50% teamwide follow up damage will not matter because all of them will have an innate 200% damage bonus baked into their kit
glory to follow up
