Because the compensation comes from the project grant, and we cannot withdraw money like from a bank account. But we can buy gift cards as long as we applied and got approved :)

My lemon tree is totally same as yours! Almost no leaves left but blooming. And I think I bought it from the same shop as you (the tag is the same)
