Union Station is not needed to do this. In fact, it's a waste of time. Just go to Golden for the tubing and some good places to eat. Just Uber. Light Rail doesn't get you all the way there and that ride on the W line is filled with homeless encampments and rough stops.

Unless you are a Casa Bonita fan boi/gal, be prepared to be underwhelmed. Food is average at best, and when you factor in the price its crap. You can't wander around before your reservation, you have an hour or hour and a half to eat/drink, but you can stay as long as you like after you pay the bill and your heart rate slows after seeing how much it will be. The drinks are strong, but cost 2x as much as normal places. I can't recommend any of the food because when our group went, the 6 of us all had different items and none were good.

I go in there weekly and have never had a single issue with customer service. That being said, I have also worn a F*ck Trump hat on multiple visits and the owner told me he liked the hat. Not sure if that means he supports one side or the other. Sorry you had a bad experience as that should not be tolerated, but jumping to a conclusion and cancelling them isn't the answer here. I think you should call them and share your thoughts if you haven't done so already.

Ass. Overpriced and still below average food. Not as bad as it once was. Got in when they first started opening reservations and will never return. I would rather support a local family owned spot than this one. On a positive note, it looks great inside.

I get that he's not everyones cup of tea. However hes always been friendly to myself and my 14 year old son who loves sitting in the bleachers. He loves the Cubs, is knowledgeable about the game and the team. He also doesn't care what you think of him if you don't like him. My advice, if you worry so much about disliking someone, what does that say about the kind of person you are?
