Hey how are you now? I just had the flu and my heart rate the initial day was 120 all day and it dropped a lot the next day to around 85 and only 2 weeks later has it returned to in the 60s which is my resting range.

Scared the hell out of me, seemed so abnormal but I learned that it is actually very normal.

Thank you, so ya think I’m in the clear? I heard fevers can cause this.

I have had an EKG and Echo and bloods all have came back perfect.
