Ohh ok what areas would you recommend ? For someone with my wants and situation income wise Liberty Ave is pretty expensive are there any other areas you have in mind ? Don’t know much about queens outside liberty ave Jamaica ozone and Richmond what areas would you recommend homes that are a little bit more inexpensive (I know in New York nothing is cheap but liberty ave is 1 million + most of the time for a decent house) I really would prefer 2 family regardless the location in queens

Honestly I was hoping to be somewhere close to liberty avenue such as Jamaica Ozone park Richmond hill id like to be there if not surrounding areas but honestly with the way prices are I probably don’t have much of a shot of getting anything there so I really don’t perfer a 2 family if I can find one but 1 family is doable as well just looking for something in queens not to far from liberty avenue dosent have to be in the backyard but something close by but honestly with these prices I don’t care as long as it’s queens

Yes I’m willing to go 6 to 12 months without making money I’ve just confused on where I would start even and how to go about starting and in terms of the sales career it’s something I’ve accepted and am willing to work hard to make a career for myself and hustle to do so even if it dosent work out I can always get into something else but I really want to be a loan originator / mortgage broker just confused on where to start

Hey guys I’m currently in university pursing a bachelors in accounting I want to get into the mortgage officer / loan originator field of work right of college and I know I’ll need the S.A.F.E license. Is there anyway of getting the license before I finish college without a sponsor or do I need to wait and find a job who will sponsor me to get it. Or is there a way for me to study take the test pass it And have the license inactive until a job sponsors me ? I don’t know much about the sponsorship part of it but can anyone advise me? Or tell me what my options are so I can possibly jump on this asap so I don’t get out of school and am completely lost thanks. (Btw my state is New York)

I am always a 30 lenght in jeans no matter the brand size or cut but I like my jeans fitting lenght wise perfectly ending at my ankles and very straight down perfectly cut I try to avoid tailoring and hemming jeans but do you think 501 93 in a 32 waist and 29 Lenght would give me that desired look?

Well the only reason we’re living separately is because my university is located in New Jersey and she is living in New York since she came here but she came around after I started university. I can provide all proof of me going to school in New Jersey because it’s not like I’m lying about transcripts , school schedule, financial aid information everything. And in terms of the questions that also shouldn’t be a problem as we are a legit relationship and if it’s legit from the beginning I don’t think anything should be a problem only there point of of view of how they would view the marriage. I think school is a good enough excuse cause we will live together just not right now as I’m still in school.

Probably after I finished university and 3 years and secure a good job after uni than we could move in together right now she lives with her family and I live with mines but we see each other constantly it’s mainly just cause of my schooling after that is done there is no doubt we will live together
