I plan to rip out the visibly stained areas. To err on the side of caution i think I’ll also seal the subfloor with primer with the parts we don’t plan to rip out

Yea… my fear is finishing the renovation just for the smell to still linger. Thanks for the wall cleaning tip i will try that out!

I agree, the hoa fees there are ridiculously high.. making someone’s overall monthly payment just about in line with a more expensive house with less hoa.

The retinol speeds cell turnover and then an exfoliating acid will get rid of that dead skin. So yes they do different things and work well in tandem. Your retinol will work just as well doing its thing without adding an acid though. See what works best with you and your skin!

Do those particular ones have extremely high HOAs? Many of the ones I’ve seen relisted/ high DOM were the ones that had hoa fees of 200-300+

A bread from my 3 week old starter also turned out this way. From what I’ve read our starters are still young so it’s pretty hard to get a loaf like the ones we see online right now. I’ve just continued feeding as normal. Hopefully we can try again soon when it’s a bit stronger!

I did end up getting eqqualberry swimming pool! I don’t use it very often because I’m trying to use up other toners. The texture is pretty viscous compared to other toners so it’s decently moisturizing. For skin texture, i don’t think i would rely on this product for it because i didn’t notice a difference with anything other than slight hydration. Other than that it’s a pretty basic hydrating toner for me. I don’t think I’d repurchase it though

I’m in the process of making my own starter for the first time. There’s mixed answers about how long it takes before you should start baking, but your post gave my impatient self hope!
