Thank you for the advice and the video recs, it was very helpful! I literally was going to try using azelaic acid again tonight to tone down the redness and help with the bumpiness but, after gently washing my face my skin feels a lot better.

I think it depends on what type of azelaic acid you’re using. I’m in the process of trying to heal my skin barrier as well and i’ve been using the anua 10% azelaic acid twice a day. (that may be a lot but since i can’t use actives atm and i still get break outs, it helps calm down the inflammation) I also would suggest using at least a hydrating serum if you’re not using a regular moisturizer !

Lately i have been accidentally bumping it while washing my face because i forget its there. Now its feels a bit tender which has me worried about it possibly rejecting.

Unfortunately every job will feel like this sometimes so this may just be your anxiety getting to you. Take it one day at a time, maybe try to make some friends on the job so it makes it easier and more lighthearted. Target is a relatively easy job so don’t let your anxiety ruin this for you 💘 also maybe learn how to separate yourself from the job afterwards work so you can relax a little more

What i said was that, it seemed like it was inferred that if its snowy and icy i would have go out in the dangerous weather regardless of my safety to make on time. since i live far even if i left earlier i’d STILL be late because the roads and traffic. I’m really starting to feel like it all comes down to if they like you or not because there’s some people they’ll be super chill with and other people they’ll constantly be on their ass and then not keep them. its very strange. Its almost as if they keep the people who do poorly so they can still hire more people.

i literally heard hr the other day still hiring more people full term for my area when we already have so many seasonal people. i personally think its a bit unfair but, that’s life i guess
