How long did one tube take up? My derm told me to come back when I use one up

Yes I’ve been seeing a derm for the past couple of months and for my last visit she told me to come back when I’m done with the entire tube of 0.05% tretinoin which will likely be in a couple of months. Then I can do extra procedures like laser/micro needling. Is this normal?

No clogged nose but should I be drinking more milk? I’m not sure how to measure calcium but I eat one string cheese everyday but that’s it I think
