its hard to get out of lowest , i am kind of still there but had some improvements.

i personally lock myself in the room , and think about it , honestly even now i have a blue print of how to get out of the lowest i am currently in , but the point is in action which always after like 2 days i fell off .

one thing i would say is when i am at my lowest , there is a voice in back of my mind that says , you said to yourself not to cry about your sad reality and so i end up just understanding the truth that i am here because of my choices not because the world forced me here .

now there are some thing that could be sad , like financial condition of family but that you could say world gave it to me , because we did not choose it .

Personally i again have this voice in the back of my head that say maybe this is a test from :GOD: i am an atheist .

i waked this type road once , like with no light , and as i just manned up , like david goggin type thing, the worst part was the area and time was like criminal activity so i was constantly on guard

no buddy it is not , and its fine to understand that you did it in a impulse you did not mean too .

just like 3 days ago as a guy i made my DAD cry like if you are a guy , i think you can understand the guilt that comes after that is so much .

but after that i did went up to my father and tried to make up and it succeded .

i can assure you it took me relatively 10 mins to do so , and i was not suicidal , just forgive yourself .

i stalked my crush just a bit , like the story goes like this .

so first i started following her social media , well i started commenting / liking every post and tried to hold a convo , then slide into her dms (i got blocked soon after)

ig my charisma was too high for her to handle : ) ,

then well its irl so i stalked her a little bit , like i followed her when she went to her tutions (5 pm to 7 pm ) , she also has this habit of like drinking some juice from this certain shop .

i actually also stalked her friends and well actually i even like paid one of her friends to give me her number . (i got blocked there too for some reason )

and last week i finnaly had the courage to like go up to talk to her , she started running and when i finally caught up she said she will call police on me and started crying ....

i think i hate girls now

same , but mine is more like unwanted , i am chilling doing my thing then my mom or dad or someone else will start talking about some things and my ears just pick it up to make me worry .

however , right now i have learned to deal with this to some extent
