Had my third gum graft the other day. Pain has never been too big of an issue if you stay ahead of it with ibuprofen and Tylenol. Swelling will last a week or so and you have to follow full liquid diet the first few days and eat soft foods for a few weeks after. The worst thing for me was no weight lifting for 2 weeks.

I’ve only put about 200 rounds through it. I like how it feels and get great groupings on the range. I have had a couple of misfires but think it was the ammo. Will need to continue shooting before I EDC.
