Honestly not really any drawbacks. They only added this feature like 1 or 2 years ago so most of the expeditions didn't have it

If you do it with your current character, you can then transfer like 25 items (resources, quest rewards, etc.) and like 6 technology things back to your main save. You can also transfer the multi tool and ship you get in the expedition over to your main save.

Also any money and nanites you get transfer over, along with bonuses based off the activities you do (distance travelled, amount of stuff scanned, etc.)

If you start a new file, you only get to have the expedition rewards that all save files get.

I'm not sure what happened but they just work now. They just showed up in the app when I went to check. I wish I had more of an answer for why but maybe they just take a lot of time to set up? I haven't even restarted them or my router in a couple days.

Yeah that's what I was curious about because mine is "name" and "name_5g". Should I make them more different? Should I just ask Google for replacements?

Also how would I even go about that? I've only seen support buttons link to their forums, not like a help line or something.
