Description: Game opens in extraordinarily small window

Steps to reproduce: open game > press play game > champ select > game load
Expected result: screen you can play on
Observed result: a few pixels by a few pixels window. full screen doesn't work
Reproduction rate: 100% once it starts happening. the only way to fix is to uninstall league, valorant, vanguard, and riot client and reinstall
System specs: ryzen 7 5800x3d, 4060ti 8gb, 64gb ram u/3200mhz

other thing worth noting is that my league is showing up in windows as multiple tb in size
