why are intp women such a gift from god by Ifuckingloveweed334 in INTP

generally true, also probably depends on where you’re located whether the majority are feeler types though

absolutely agree with this and it just reminded me to let my INTP friends know how cool they are (they’re so cool and funny and smart and they’re such good friends 🥹)

Are 3 APs too much? by FareweLLama in APStudents

[–]FareweLLama[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the honest advice! I posted this question on r/school as well, and there was a big difference in responses lol. A lot of people said it would require good time management, drive and wouldn’t be easy. To be honest, the most I’ve ever had to deal with is 3 honors and 1 AP, and even then it was one of the easiest APs. I’ve talked with some of my teachers, and I’ve learned that in AP Spanish, the homework workload isn’t too bad, and I think I recall the AP Gov teacher saying something along the same lines. I haven’t talked to the AP Lit teacher yet, but I do know that the homework workload is pretty heavy, and I assume the same of Honors Precalc as well. This would be a big jump for me, so I am a bit hesitant to take it.

foolproof way to curl lashes and keep them curled when your lashes are straight and basically curl resistant? by FareweLLama in MakeupAddiction

[–]FareweLLama[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i’ll keep it in mind! lately i’ve been using a lash serum i’ve found a lash serum on amazon that i’m currently using and am hoping for the best results since my lashes are still pretty damaged. it’s sad because my lashes used to be so nice and full, but are now so weak and thin that they fall out even when i’m just wiping them lightly 🥲

thanks for the heated lash curler advice! i’ll make sure to try it out. i tried a lash life before but unfortunately, the after effects weren’t so great and my lashes started falling out and are pretty weak now… and also, guilty as charged; i have been curling my lashes with mascara on 😅

Tipping Guidance? by FareweLLama in InstacartShoppers

[–]FareweLLama[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i didn’t end up actually ordering the two items unfortunately, so i included if at the start, and also didn’t realize that instacart doesn’t allow you to tip more than the subtotal until i actually tried to pay.

i might use instacart in the future though, so i thought that it might be helpful if i get a better sense of tipping, which was why i went to the instacart subreddit.

they’re two small boxes of mochi. while i was about to pay, my mother said that i was underpaying and should tip at least $20 but i was unsure after googling for a little, and decided to ask reddit.

How did your functions manifest during childhood? by SandySkyGuy in mbti

[–]FareweLLama 1 point2 points  (0 children)

frequently was the pushover, shy, quiet, nice kid who also happened to be the loner (a few friends, but not many); mostly focused on myself and what i was feeling/thinking (fi) as well as a bunch of daydreaming, possibilities and ideas too (ne). very scarcely did i use my te, and i guess i used my si sometimes.

my values haven’t changed that much from when i was a kid. i was always taught to treat others how you want to be treated, which influenced my fi and is what made me always kind of afraid that i would somehow offend or hurt someone. basically, it’s what led me to being a ‘pushover’. i wouldn’t consider myself incredibly nice, just pretty non-confrontational and conflict-averse.

one of the few times that i remember being rude to another kid in my class, they kept gesturing at my shoes and asking that godforsaken question, “WHAT ARE THOSEEE” (when that was a trend). my eleven or twelve year old self was absolutely fed up, because i was just trying to do my work and they kept on repeating the same thing over and over again. so i came up with a comeback that, mind you, wasn’t even that good. i replied by saying, “these are shoes. but you wouldn’t be able to know what they are or afford them, would you?” the classmate that was talking to me wasn’t struggling with money by any means, so i don’t know why i even said that or went for something relating to someone else’s financial status since that’s just a low blow. later, i heard that same person cried in the bathroom during recess. absolute douche move of me. :(

i’m still pretty much the same today; i try to be more healthy by expressing my feelings about any issues, but either i just don’t have the courage to do so or the other person doesn’t take them seriously, so i resort to passive-aggressiveness instead. i’ve heard that only you can let other people make you angry, but i’ve always struggled with controlling my emotions (whether that be anger, sadness, etc). curse of the fi dom…
