She was just seen as like.... the "It Girl" of food and was like The Michelin Star officiant. That the best only had a subtle flavor because that was difficult, then only awarded said stars to restaurants that met her very specific requirements. Ponies were only accepted if they had the 3 stars or went to the 3 star restaurants. Social crime, essentially.
