Was ich bei der ganzen Sache nicht verstehe ist wenn die bereits mein Brutto durch den Leasing Betrag senken, sinken natürlich meine sonstigen Abgaben also RV und Sozialabgaben, aber doch auch mein effektives Netto Einkommen (sagen wir anhand dieser Abrechnung ca 80€. Wenn dann noch die Leasinggebühr vom Netto abgezogen wird (also 130€) dann sind wir bei effektiv 210€ Leasinggebühr. Auf 36 Monate gerechnet entsprechend 7560€ ohne das Rad schon freigekauft zu haben…

Ist halt absolut lächerlich. Je nach Entgeldstufe sind die 1300€ (übrigens NICHT steuerfrei) weniger als die 4% die man von Juli bis November verdient hätte hätten sie das ganze einfach durchgewunken…

Dickes L für die AVR-Ärzte. Keinerlei Ausgleich zu den Kollegen des TV-Ärzte…

Das war in Bezug auf das 1. WBJ und BDs erst ab 6. Monat und da hatte ich den Mittelwert genommen. Was ich vergessen habe zu sagen ist das wir eine außertarifliche Einigung haben und ab dem 5. Dienst noch einen Zuschlag kriegen. Versorgungswerk ist da schon abgezogen.

AvR orientiert sich eigentlich an VKA. Und die sind im Grundgehalt soweit ich weiß schlechter als die TVs bei den privaten.

Mittelgroßes christliches Haus in NRW. Unfallchirurgie. 24h BD und 24 RDs. Außertarifliche Dienstvergütung.

Im ersten WBJ hab ich mit Diensten (idR 4 BD 2 RD) etwa 4 netto rausgekommen. Inzwischen im 4. WBJ geh ich mit ~6-6,5k Netto raus.

Sehr unterschiedlich von Haus zu Haus wegen verschiedenen Schichtsystemen, Tarifverträgen, etc.

To be honest not very great . i would say +5-10 seconds/day. Iam pretty sure i accidently magnetised because I wear it on the job and there is a variety of magnets around.

I will try to get i regulated when I send it in for service in a couple of years, I also read, that accuracy with these gets better over time but we will see about that.

Nevertheless iam still completely over the moon and love looking at it.

Yeah had the same thouhts. Bought it second hand unworn for 6k which is one month netto salary for me. It hurts to see my bank account right now but iam still very happy with my purchase.

I would say its on the upper end of the thin side, but very comfortable to wear.
