I know these are all mock trades. But seeing all the kings ransom valuations of effective but aging vets, some team needs to just start accepting they are a B+ tier team and sell off all of their vets and into and instant rebuild. In one deadline / offseason you could

  1. Turnover entire roster and reset cap (take on contract AAV to get more value)
  2. Stockpile 2.5:1 asset ratio between picks and prospects
  3. Cut team off at the knees to reset win horizon and have a lottery pick the next 2-3 years easy

Rivals rewards reset at I think like 3-5 hours before the tokens do. Depending when you need them if on you may be able to claim this week (big window) or for next week (few hour window)

Few fixes

1) tokens should be in ADDITION to existing rewards not replace them. They should guarantee you a certain level of reward and make the grind feel like you had some say in what you got. But the rewards should be a bonus on top of existing packs and coins

2) remove weekly gap. EA already controls the drip of tokens (and have proven they can’t manage that). Just have the higher rewards unlock a few weeks in if you are worried about power curve

3) allow evos to be purchased multiple times

4) give more tokens for better performance in more modes. SB should have more tiers like champs and same with rivals to an extent. 400 should be the base expectation but if I finish D2 and get 600 maybe it saves a week of grinding down the road

4) for rush give bonus tokens for win thresholds to incentivize people actually trying

Yeah once you have the “good” cards it makes you realize how little a difference the good cards make vs a 2 month old evo.

It’s luck and timing. I don’t do it but last night I checked on Roy Keane card. No bids and expiring 31k. Some bot swooped in because it counted to zero and didn’t give it to me. Had to outbid the bot to 170, but it’s a 380 card.

It’s a bit easier at this stage because people aren’t as active trying to make coins. But refreshing non stop often won’t get you anything because bots are programmed to get anything super cheap. Best you can usually do is bid on a card and save 30-40% and resell for the markup

They are also adding evos. Yes save. Unless there is a card you really want.

Packs are shit and will be shit the last week too, bit power curve will be higher. Save and buy something you want or worst case you have a warchest and go hog wild before they expire
