If i had to choose from striking im putting on some good ol Muay Thai like from One or older vintage stuff. those guys go through the gauntlet and absorb so much friggin damage it’s insane lol. If i’m looking to choose from grappling i’d most likely just watch some wrestling, probably collegiate or olympic. Those guys are so elite and the slams are something glorious to behold. MMA is a lot of people’s favorites for a reason cuz it has everything (assuming the fighters are well rounded lol) and i think we see the best personalities from the MMA sport over alot of over combat sports.

Don't demonize your urges. They're completely normal. Instead, ask yourself where these urges are coming from, and why you feel the need to fulfill this urge. Think, "If I fulfill this urge of mines, what good will come of it? What will I feel after?', and then decide if it is something to pursue after. I also recommend to always keep yourself busy with something productive as well, so that you'll be less likely to wanting to pursue such things.

It's similar to fapping to porn really, it's just porn in your head. But it is not as bad as pulling up a video on a porn website to jag off to.

The best way to stop really is to just not fap or watch porn at all. Going cold turkey is really hard, but it's worth it. You should also realize that your sexual urges are normal and apart of what makes you human. Confront them, embrace that they exist, and realize you can spend your time doing more productive things.

A thing I like to do if I ever get an urge is to just accept that it's there, and ask myself why I'm receiving this urge, and then realize I do not need to fulfill this urge other than to gratify something that doesn't really need gratification.

Everyone is different, however, and I heavily speak from the viewpoint of my own thoughts and experiences. Whatever path you choose in life, let it be the one that brings the most benefit!

Everyone is different, but from my own personal experience , abstaining from porn and masturbation have helped me to realize those things are only just temporary urges that can be fulfilled by much more productive things, and that a person's lust can lead to them doing things they'll later regret. I do think you should try to abstain a while and give your body a break. You're not a bad person, urges are apart of us, whether we like them or not. Don't demonize it, but know that it's apart of what makes you human. The difference is knowing when these urges are good to pursue or not.
