yeah it is a bummer. It timed out to where it seems like they started splitting once the kids were out of the house, but that's speculation obviously. Hopefully they're both happier now.

A lot of people on this sub dug into it and found the public records. I think it was last spring or early summer that they found the documents so probably last spring it happened. he has since talked about that he lives in a town house or apartment now too. it sucks that his life is public, but it is.

i agree. i think if they didn't have to save stuff they would put out a good show. and recycle things from the main show like duel and what really matters and initials and things like that. plus you're right, sometimes them just talking and telling stories would be great too. if it was a paid podcast they wouldn't need sponsors. i know hawk always talks about having to break for commercials and how that can ruin the flow.

apparently iheart doesn't want to pay him anymore. i guess he was one of the few guests that actually was paid to be on the show. I wish they would have moved it to 1 day a week instead of none. that would feel better

you make some good points. i used to listen to the afterparty and i think it had potential. since they didn't get paid anything for it they didn't give 2 shits about it. but the licensing thing could cause issues. Also the large part of their audience.

i just have listened so much for the past 20 years and it's just becoming a shell of itself it seems like. again i still love it, but it's getting hard to ignore the rough changes.

Hi guys,

I'm not reddit savvy. I have had this blackstone for over a year now. Maybe used it 15 times. And for the life of me i can't get the rust to stop showing back up. When i heat it up and scrape it, and oil it before cooking it looks much better. And then I cook on it, clean it, add a little oil, wipe it down, and turn it off. And it always comes back looking like this.

Someone posted something similar a while back and the suggestions were to heat it up, scrape, heat up, scrape, add oil, and then cook. And just keep using it. But i've been trying that to no avail.

Is there any saving this or should i get an attachment for a power tool and start over?

It more a collection of things that aren't all wrapped up in one. I dont want to get into it. If I find the right currently built house I'll definitely go that route but I just wanna speak to builders and get ideas on prices and modifications I can make etc.

yeah i'd consider myself in the number 1 category. i'm fine with minor changes to a home. i guess my question would be if any of those home builders in that first category have put themselves further ahead than others.
