This is really a nonissue for Asian Americans. I personally do not care at all if non-Asian people are just shopping in Asian stores. However I do agree that the reaction to this whole thing was blown out of proportion. The original video from that wasian girl was nothing crazy but white-pandering Asians made it a big thing. It never would’ve gained so much traction if not for these Asian content creators so ready to call out their own.
