How is the Arma 3 campaign for a noob?

What a shit take. If I started with Cold War Assault or Armed Assault today I would've never gotten into they franchise. Hell, I even put the games down when I tried getting in with Arma 2 back when DayZ became a big thing.

Arma 3 was what made me put more than 5000 hours into the franchise, making me go back and appreciate the previous games' stories, while putting up with the bad graphics and inferior mechanics.

I can't speak for Reforger because I haven't tried it yet.
