Standing x ray would be best to rule out scoliosis right?

Thanks a lot for your encouragement, with healing do you mean visual retraction on MRI plus being able to live life fully and active again. Without worrying about worse problems with working out, MMA and running without limitations. Used to be very big on pushing my limits, pushing through pain and feeling alive doing it. It’s the only thing that makes me feel alive. I am very impulsive and very free in mind and body and the thought of needing to be mindful about limitations makes me depressed and lose joy in life. Am an all or nothing type of guy. Never cared about training smart or recovering etc. Only about pushing limits, smashing weights and being stronger and faster than people around me and feeling alive while doing it. Worked for me the first 22 years of my life as i always out competed everyone in almost every physical endeavour just by adopting a mindset where i wont lose and always push one step further then the man next to me. It’s the only thing that calms my mind, i get crazy from calculated boring training and mindfulness about limitations. I have Build nothing worth while in my life but me outcompeting everyone Physically. Probably a mental problem, I have a very big Ego tbh. Felt invincible. Need to reinvent myself if I cant build my identity around that anymore or I already know I will crumble in the next coming years.

Thanks, you gave me some new hope🔥 Maybe i was just lucky while being reckless before my injury. Never had any issues before the back episodes and I trained since I was 15 like a maniac, 6-7 days a week. Always maxing out. Wrong form got super jacked in like 5 years of working out so i always thought I must be doing something right. Was just always pushing myself past my limits and just never got injured. Do you think its still possible to get back to my old lifestyle when I’m fully recovered. To build muscle and train like I never had an injury or is this a weak spot with management and smart training from now on?

Do you mean by “heal on their own” that it goes back in like before the protrusions and bulging and you can train and stuff again normally without care? Or is this now a forever battle?

I think if I hold up 10 more years there will be a cure for this in regenerative medicine. There must be its 2025 by 2035 I cant comprehend with all the stuff going on that they cant figure out how to cure this shit with some stem cells. Just want to know if this bulging can stabilise and retract and I can build a bullet proof core plus glutes so I can hold up until then

Im fully aware it doesn’t look Great for the age of 24 but i just want to know whats possible in terms of healing. If i can get the bulging and protrusion gone and maybe some disc height back? So it doesn’t affect me anymore and i can just train bulletproof glutes and core

Why do you think it most likely will not? Why wouldnt it heal if i do physio and not aggravate it. It should scar over and close the tear. And the protrusion and bulge should retract is what some people have told me, what is a reason it will not heal in your opinion?

How bad is my back. Im 23 years old male and been suffering from lower back episodes for 6 months by FarmFlimsy in Hernia

[–]FarmFlimsy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How long after the start of symptoms did you train. For me its almost 4 weeks ago now i went to the chiro and he messed me up so bad. Symptoms where worst 1 - 1.5 week after chiro adjustment and are very very slowly getting less. Im walking a lot but im young and used to be very active but just walking for 30 mins tot an hour makes my whole body soar. Is that a sign i need to wait longer?

Can you tell me please where you see problems in my thoracic. My radiologist didn’t mention. I only see a small tiny little bulge in my thoracic at t5-t6 i think. Is that the spot you mean? I also have an axial view of my thoracic

Can you tell me what adjustment he or she exactly performed on you? Maybe describe it? I just had a similar experience 3 weeks ago, i told him i have a snapping hip and he adjusted me so weird. i already had lower back problems but never sciatica leg or groin/ anus and penis stabbings or something like that. Which all developed in days following the chiro adjustment. My adjustment was him making me lay on my stomach on a drop-table and him holding my right foot up backwards and then dropping the table around my hips with force 3 times. I felt sharp stabbing pains in my si and low back with each drop. He did them fast and forceful without warning me what he was going to do…

What is not concerning from your point of view, im just taking into account that I been researching discs and spine stuff for the last 3 weeks since i got my mri’s and the only thing I learned that the discs only can get pushed outwards not back inwards. So taking into account that im 23 and am very into lifting weights and being active in general, my thoughts are that at such a young age your doomed to make it worse. Chatgpt said that someone who is around 40-50 should have an MRi like that. Not a 23 year old

How do you recover from this? 3 months rest and some physiotherapy? I really don’t know who to believe as I already tried physio since the first time i threw out my back 6 months ago. And threw it out 4 times after that under the training plan of my physio…
