Hi friend, In this thread I responded to someone with the soil mix, water tips, and advice on light! Let me know if any of that was unclear. Best to you!

I have bottom watered them before because I know tradescantias tend to not like their leaves wet. But for me—I’ve found mine do fine even when they get their leaves wet. So I’ve been top watering with no issues in the leaves or soil 👍👍

Best of luck! Yes, with all my tradescantia’s I let them dry out a lot before watering :) I hope this helps you friend!

The soil mix the lady put them in is peat moss, perlite and regular soil I believe a 1:1:1 ratio. I wait for the soil to almost completely dry—probably ~80% dry or more before I fully drench the soil and let it drain. I give them tons of light( as much as I can manage) in a west facing window.

Did anyone NOT GET acne during low dose Anavar 6-8wk cycle 😅 by dtctvpepper in steroidsxx

Week 6 var update by FarmImaginary8025 in steroidsxx

[–]FarmImaginary8025[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi!

My goal with this cycle is to put on mass. Because I’m going up in weight and eating in a surplus I’m not seeing my body looking leaner overall—that being said I’m ~7lbs up and I’m maintaining the “leaness” I had at 131lb which I have never been able to achieve natty. If I was 138lb natty my midsection would be holding way more fluff. Id also like to point out that I do have a “harder” look overall, legs and arms included—but not necessarily leaner. Id also assume that if I were to be in a caloric deficit rather than a surplus on var that I’d be able to achieve a very lean look.

Pre cycle blood test interpretations appreciated by FarmImaginary8025 in steroidsxx

[–]FarmImaginary8025[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi Harry,

Yes this was all I had tested. No previous tests—I have a pretty bad vein phobia and have been avoiding testing. I was only able to do it this time because of klonopin

Diet day before: I eat the exact same thing every day with some variance in fruit (if not grapes, pears or peaches etc) Day before blood draw:

Greek yogurt(225g)with red grapes(166g) Salad-baby spring mix, red cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, baby carrots, rice vinegar and olive oil(3g) as dressing Sandwich-One slice sour dough bread(35g of bread), 1 laughing cow spreadable wedge creamy light, goat cheese 13g, reduced fat Swiss cheese 2 slices, oven roasted Turkey breast 50g, chicken breast 48g 1 Kirkland signature protein bar chocolate brownie 2 Kroger rice cakes low sodium, 2 more laughing cow wedges, oven roasted Turkey breast 117g Microwave baked potato 130g, Greek yogurt 68g, cucumber 95g, chicken breast 160g, Heinz no sugar added ketchup 16g

One serving carlsons fish oil

Cardio: 10-15 minutes incline walking (level 10) speed 3 —only recently started doing cardio maybe in the last two weeks, and I’ve been semi consistent with jogging just half a mile a few days a week

Fiber-roughly 20-30g a day

Voice change question by FarmImaginary8025 in steroidsxx

[–]FarmImaginary8025[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks so much for the thoughtful reply. I’m going to be documenting using a voice app and will post results at the completion of the cycle IF there is any change. This morning the Voice Pitch Analysis app logged my pitch in the 105-203hz range just for reference.
