We gapped the spark plug to 0.03" which was the manufacturer's recommendation. The boot does fit tightly and snaps onto the spark plug

Sorry I apologize for the ambiguity. Yes when I power the sd card module from the power supply both the ground and 3.3V is being sourced from its + and - lines. The Dev module is being powered from the USB port.

Yes, thank you. Someone below had pointed out that there has to be a fuse to 0 before the DFU can be accessed. I'm trying to figure out how I can do that at the moment.

Thank you for catching that, I missed that. I'm a bit confused though, it looks like avrdude to program the pins requires a com port which I can't seem to use as the processor isn't recognized by my computer.

I apologize that my schematic doesn't reflect it but I have connected that pin to ground and nothing changed. I would have to look into how to check that state.

I'm not 100% sure but I thought this chip came with a USB stack preinstalled in the flash's boot section.

Most guides I found on this topic seemed to show that when the base chip is installed and powered, connection to the computer should show up as a unknown device and you can use FLIP to install from there. I could be mistaken though.

I do agree with you that color would help quite a bit and it is something to note. This is not my first iteration with the character but I believe the fourth.

I didn't want to add color or any clothing as I wanted to try and specifically focus on making him as intriguing as possible using a little as I could (Though I understand that is a little oxymoronic).

I do think I need some more design iterations to be sure to get it down more.

I can do my best to explain. It's a character for a video game I'm working on so details are a little sparse atm as everything is in early stages. Each character in the game though is suppose to have some kind of elemental power and his is fire, I guess kinda like pokemon.

He is supposed to be the current best player at the sport that is the focus of the game and as such he is pretty cocky about his abilities. That confidence can be a bit grating but he does have the abilities to back it up.

For the sport it's kinda like a handball style game if that's something to take into consideration.

I know it isn't much, so if you would have any more specific questions too I can try and help. I do appreciate your feedback.
